As well as writing two cookery books, Easy Peasy which won Best Easy Cook Book of the year in the Gourmand Awards 2008 and Home at 7 Dinner at 8 which has secured Sophie a weekly feature as the Commuter’s Cook in the Evening Standard, she has also done her fair share of cookery programmes. Starting at the tender age of 20, Sophie has cooked with, for and infront of some very well-known chefs live on TV. From ITV Daily Cooks Challenge, Great Food Live, and Market Kitchen, she is no stranger to a challenge!
